Her research topic was the early detection of Hepatocellular carcinoma using SNP variations in hOOG1 gene.

After graduation she was a research intern at Ramathibodi Research Center for 1 year before she was granted a full scholarship from CIMB foundation for postgraduate program oversea.

Chayanist has graduated Master degree of Engineering from The University of Tokyo, Japan, major in Bioengineering. She continued to study Genetics and cancers and her research topic was the development of therapeutic siRNA delivery system using Calcium phosphate micelles in cancer target therapy.
